Ugly decor. But very tasty fish. The ice cream is good too. I like the donuts that are freshly made.
The Clock Tower Cafe, which is situated on the sea front at Morecambe is an "alright-ish" place to go and grab a bite to eat. The fish is great, but as for the chips, a little work needs to be put on to improve this which I'm many of the other reviewers would have mentioned. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and I'm sure they can read my review and find the best way to improve their Cafe just like any other business would do.
Small overpriced portions, cold chips, undercooked fish.. i threw most of it to the seagulls thanks.. definatly will avoid if i ever visit again.. feel ill after eating what i could. :(
Over priced food. Fish was OK, chips frozen. Doesn't look very clean. Service slow. Doughnuts over cooked and greasy, didn't realise till counting my change I'd been charged 3.20 for a ice cream with a flake in. Would not recommend this place at all.
If you like your chips under cooked and full of grease and your fish full of skin and bones this is the place to go. The worsed chippy I have be to.
