Extremely pleasant, personable staff. Most helpful when I had to change the booking date having prepaid. This avoided what could have been a real problem for me but it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Really good customer service.
After leaving a five star rating I'm upset to have to change this to very poor. I used enterprise for 2 years and always rated them to others. The staff team has changed and there customer service stinks I wanted to rent a van for a house move I explained on the courtesy phone call I had changed address and they took my details to be told on the day I failed there insurance check. Felt very let down with no advice. Two weeks later I'm still trying to get my money back
My experience was really efficient and helpful until I had slight damage to the left wing mirror casing.I had paid the 250 excess for damage and made them aware of the damage as soon as I dropped it off. The staff were great and really reassuring, stating that it shouldn't be more than 120. Today I received a letter saying that the damage repair came to 469! I contacted them for a full breakdown and the repairs were done in Edinburgh (!) And that it was done there because it's an "approved" repairer. I got in touch with a car parts supplier and the girl I spoke with couldn't believe how much ive been charged. The full wing mirror is sold at 87 And a mechanic I spoke to said he'd charge no more than 40 to fit it. Enterprise have told me that they won't be charging me over the 250 And I'm supposed to be relieved at that and go away happy. I'm disputing the breakdown and have requested proof that the work has been done. I definitely won't be hiring again, it's been a nightmare. I'm happy to take responsibility for my actions but this is horribly unfair.
