Sold my mate a car I had to take back as she didnt feel safe driving it. Tbf I shouldnt have drove it for reasons I wont confess to. It shouldnt have been sold in the condition it was in, fair play because we got a full refund
This seller sold a car on Ebay simply as 'Used' - they also advertised they check every car and if they are not happy with it, they wont sell it! Rubbish - I just bought a car off them, put it in for MOT and the garage rang me to say the car has so many dangerous defects, it simply must not be driven. It is a death trap. They advise any garage would have absolutely known how dangerous it was. Asked for refund and they refused and ceased responding. Currently going through court proceedings! They would happily let a family drive around in a death trap
I noticed a advert on eBay for a 1994 mitsubishi M shogan EXCEED auto 2.8tdi diesel 7 seater 4x4, it looked in great condition and was described as the following word for word THE CAR DRIVES SUPERB(LIKE NEW!!) WITH NO KNOCKS OR RATTLES .IT HAS BEEN DRIVEN CAREFULLY AND NOT ABUSED.I noticed the "drives superb(like New)and thought the long drive was worth it for such a good reliable jeep.I spent 80 on diesel to get there and when I got there the jeep was running,they stated it was only running because it was to dry the car has it just come back from being valeted,I didn't like it because I like to start any car from cold but I foolishly put my trust in them.I went for a short test drive and it seemed ok so I bought it and headed to the nearest service station to fuel up ready for the long drive home.After leaving the garage and putting 60 diesel in it and another 50 in our other car we got on the motorway and just 10 minutes later there was smoke coming out from the back and front of the jeep and it just stopped on the hard shoulder where we stayed I got in touch with them but they couldn't help me they said their mechanic had gone home I was stuck there for 5 hours,they didn't even try to help me I had to take the jeep back to their garage and that was around 12am it was 5.50 by the time we got home and the guy ken refunded our money for the shogan but he refuses to give us our diesel money back so he has the shogan and it has half a tank of diesel be very weary of dealing with them.
