very disappointing.Dont even deserve the one star i had to give.My husband ordered flowers to be delivered for my birthday for 10am as we were going out,they never arrived and when my husband tried to phone them they hung up on him.He went to the shop for a refund and said he would not come back and the man said dont worry you wont be served anyway!!! NEVER AGAIN

They had just what I needed. Their variety of flowers was impressive, for this time of year. Will visit again. Staff were very friendly and they have a bijou caf. Well worth a visit.
