Terrible service , absolutely no compassion shown for the delay in us being able to view our loved one. Had to wait a total of 11 days and a lot of frustrating phone calls before we could say our goodbyes. Only embalmed the day before we could view. Her arms and legs wrapped in foam and plastic wrappings to stop leakage as she had been left untouched for 10 days. Co-op insisting all blame was the doctors not coming to certify her death in a timely manner. Only got to view her day before her funeral and her family who lived a few hours travel away didnt get the chance to say goodbye. Also Co-Op funeralcare shop closed weekends !
