I have a holiday Let and had to get my carpet cleaned after a guest let there dog pee on my carpets ,Paul was very accommodating and was able to rearrange some of his appointments so he could come and do my carpets quite soon ,He was very informative about what was involved and very pleasant ,he didn't rush was very thorough and the carpets both look and smell very nice now ,In the nicest possible way I hope I don't have to use his services again but if I did i wouldn't hesitate in using again I can highly recommend him.

We inherited a very old carpet in the hall stairs and landings. It would be very expensive to replace as it's two storey. I never imagined it would come up as clean as Paul got it. It's like new!
