Ordered for a first time from there, food was half cold, had hardly cheesse on chips, when food arrived after an hour one pizza was missing, so driver ring the place up and after 10 minutes pizza was here but was all mushed up in one corner and uncooked. Definitely not ordering from there again.
I was surprised at how good my experience was with big bites. I ordered a mixed kebab and a bbq chicken calzone. I got free garlic bread which was almost like a cheese pizza.the mixed kebab with salad was very good, one of the best kebabs I've had in Lancaster. The lamb was great and the chicken showed griddle marks and tasted like it was done on a barbecue.the chicken calzone on bbq base was excellent and something we'll be ordering again. I ordered for pick up and it was ready by the time I arrived and it seemed like a clean shop on my short visit, service was with a smile and the food says all it needs to say, it was a very positive experience, I will order againEdit went again for a special kebab. It was HUGE! Really well done and big proportions.
