Having dealt with Prestige for a few years now I cannot praise them highly enough. I certainly wouldn't contemplate using anyone else. I have always found Paul and Anne to be friendly, supportive and efficient. Paul has always treated both myself and my tenants with the utmost respect. Both he and Anne are always on standby to liaise on the behalf of landlord or tenant should the need arise. My tenants have always spoken highly of this great agency. Hello Anne. I must state that I disagree with what you have stated in your reply to my husband. I made three calls and two of these were made following messages from Tracey regarding the chasing up of references. We were advised by her that doing so would speed up the process and hopefully put us in good standing. We were told that there were no viewings until the tenant moved out of the house yet other viewings had been arranged. Now you choose to blame the cat!! Although Paul said he would speak to the landlord and call me back on the Monday but there was no call. I cannot trust people who lie to me ... I'm sorry but on this occasion Paul overstepped a mark. We wanted to view the house when it first came available but after asking for a viewing the house was removed from the market. We were advised by Paul to complete the forms and when the property came available we would be first in line to be considered. The minute the house came back onto the market the completed form was delivered within 5 minutes (it was in the car) and Paul was taken by surprise ( we were following Tracey's advice). I don't agree that this was a desperate action but an organised one. We feel let down and very disappointed and I shall be telling my friend (your client) all about these experiences and he has a full property portfolio with you ( his last house bought on thirlmere ). Pauls 25 year experience means he should know better!! I did not receive an apology or what I would consider to be a professional service from him. I am not dishonest and if my honesty has caused me to be treated badly because I have a cat then I'm sorry. Paul's attitude was disgraceful. I am a well respected long standing member of the local community and I will not be recommending your business to family and friends.
