Purchased some shoes which caused problems with my foot . One of the press studs was pressing on a nerve on my foot causing my foot to get terrible pins and needles . They wouldnt swop the shoes for me to try another pair or offer a credit note , all I was told was its my foot ! Great customer service . Explained I was off on the sick so couldnt really afford to lose the money but they werent interested . So my 30 that I couldnt really afford was wasted, Ive been in retail myself and yes it can be annoying when people return items however i would rather keep my customers happy ! And lose the money myself . thanks again for understanding ,
