morons sold me garbage
This was my first visit to Bays Bikes. Thanks for having all the accessories I needed and for fitting a new tyre and inner tube.It's great to receive friendly service from a local family business that is cheaper (and probably better quality) than the internet and large chains. It will be my first stop for my cycling needs.
Excellent.We went to pick up a gents pre-loved bike from Bay Bikes today, it having been left a deposit on earlier in the week. When we arrived it had been serviced and was ready and waiting.We had a look around as we where also looking for a ladies bike. Found what we where looking for straight away, and where told if we came back in 20 minutes it to would have been serviced and checked over, which indeed on our return it had.We cannot speak to highly of the lovely, friendly couple who are running this business.Bay Bikes have now moved to new premises on the prom. Wanted to buy a bike and didnt have an idea of where to start. Walked into this store and Andy helped me make a decision. He spent a considerable amount of time with me to explain different things and couple of hours later I rode out my first bike in nearly two decades. I definitely recommend this place.
Took some wheels for a wheelchair into the shop, Brilliant friendly service, would highly recommend!!
