Lovely genuine staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought the wrong size wheel trims, they exchanged them for me no problem and came outside with me, explained how they fitted on, and fitted them for me! Really great service. Thank you so much.

Absolutely terrible. I required a number plate for a car I had re-registered from a private registration. I took in all the papers I had received from the DVLA including the new tax disc/ MOT and a stamped document stating the new registration. They refused to make the new plate because the document wasn't the right colour stating that it was not an original document. They also said they had had 3 other people in that they had also refused for the same reason including a police officer.At what point does a business realise they are loosing money for not getting their facts sorted out. Every one else is making the plates with these docoments.
