A nice warm cafe for a good selection of sensibly priced food, especially on a cold winters day.
My comments on this cafe will no doubt conflict with others, but the recent experiencesof my friends & myself is that the owner of the company is off-hand indifferent & not customer friendly. Service is always slow & slower as she has not enough staff !!!She needs to get an assistant or move faster.Pricewise it is not expensive- but not cheap. Civility costs nothing.
We stayed in Morcombe for a week. They let dogs in which was awesome, then it was the best coffee I think I have ever had and the staff were efficient and friendly. We visited nearly every day of the holiday Thank you.
The Beach Cafe is a little gem. We call in occasionally when walking the dog down the prom from Heysham to Morecambe.Great cakes, (good size slices) and scones, good selection of teas & coffees.The cafe and it's toilet are always clean & tidy and all the staff are attentive, friendly & cheerful.Highly recommend.
