I recently bought a Ford Mondeo from this dealer. Numerous things were wrong and I was consistantly told that I would have to be without a car for an assessment. Not possible due to the nature of my work, their mechanic has weekends off. (Great customer service.)I'm so glad I didn't shell out for 'additional warranty' as how could this work be done? Since then numerous other issues have appeared, I'll take the loss and fix them myself before resale as I for one will NOT pass mechanical issues to someone else who buys a car.Really disappointed with this company, the salesman was very nice while he was taking my money but he could not understand that if a damping unit is leaking it is broken. Training may be required for the staff here with regards to 'basic mechanics' although that would cost the company money; not going to happen.They got one star as I can't give them none or a minus score... shame.
Hi , I recently bought a used Mercedes from s m car sales of morecambe and cannot fault them one bit. From walking in, to any probs afterwards, which were minor , (just that I'm from yorkshire an picky) they were sorted out , Jamie's a nice bloke and been very patient with me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a motor , good price range and variety for anyone wanting a decent motor for decent price in my opinion. Glad I travelled from Blackpool for a look see . Well happy ! My mate is gonna be looking for another car soon and I know where he'll be going. Cheers lads .
