Ps autoservices had my daughters car in for repair.they phoned me to sayThey done a compression test on it and found low compression in 2 of the four cylinders and they googled it and they thought it was the multi air actuator !Alarm bells should have sounded there but I asked them if they were up to a job like this and they replied yes.I said ok go ahead.They called me to say car was ready so I paid 1083 over the phone in good faith.The car broke down next day and of course they recovered the car.They stripped the cylinder head off to find not only was the cylinder head gasket blowing , which obviously was the problem in the first place but there was a piston damaged.I am having so much problems getting them to hold their hands up and admit responsibility .In the meantime they have the cheek to invoice me for storage of the car.Still waiting on response.Shocking !
