Got a phone call today to say my phone was fixed, drove down soon after to get it and it wasnt open and because the door had no opening and closing times we didnt know if they were closed for the day or closed for lunch, parked in paying car park and decided to wait, another couple were waiting also, they rang the guys up to be told they'll be back in a few hours. Why ring and say phone is fixed and not say they'll be closing till whatever time. Cant comment on whether they've actually fixed my phone as i dont have it. Personally think they need to put up opening and closing times and let their customers know if they'll be closing early so not to waste time, petrol and money.

Stay away at all costs! Had a broken iPhone 7plus screen which he fixed but he then broke the home button. He told me to come back tomorrow as there was a problem with the screen and he will re fix it. He gave me the phone back knowing it was broken but said it would be fine. The screen then fell off i told him he called me a liar became very rude. I'll be taking this further as he broke my phone. He's rude and hasn't a clue what he is doing. As I said I'll be taking this further to make sure I get a replacement phone! Stay away from this incompetent shop. I've heard nothing but bad reviews
