Once tried to sell me a used Bitsa precision bass as an American standard. Now they are selling a Flea signature at almost the new retail price and refuse to move on price. Carful you dont get ripped off!

Love this shop. Took my son 3yrs ago for his 1st bass guitar. Very nice and hugely knowledgable guy in the bass dept. Never rushed or pushed over expensive guitar to my son. Went back last week to upgrade for a guitar my son had seen while in New York.he tracked one down and ordered it for my son to try with zero obligation to buy it. Phoned me when he had it and off we went... he even took his old one in as part ex. Well done sir for your good old fashioned customer care, its vary rare to find these days but you have it completely nailed. Wont go anywhere else now.
Hello, well this was a real surprise, what a treat to find a Music shop with really pleasant staff who made me feel so welcome as soon as I entered the shop. Gary was so knowledgeable about everything musical and answered all my questions with really great information and pointed me to the right guitar for me rather than the most expensive ones that were there. = Genuine advise. Having recently purchased a digital piano from Promenade Music, I would highly recommend them. They were very obliging when showing me their range of pianos and gave me all the time and space I needed to try a few and get a better idea of what I wanted.They offered me an excellent deal on the one I was after and had it ordered into the store in no time.
