He never even turned up. Said he would be there at 10 am, at 10.45 am called him and got voicemail asked where he was, in case he had not remembered our address, we told him it again, no reply and have still not been contacted as to why/where he didn't even phone to explain. Don't waste your time and money on this business.There are plenty better.
We have used Scott at ShineBright a few times now. Whether it be a full house clean or a last minute callout to stains, his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail knows no bounds. ShineBright are extremely reliable and competitively priced. Keep up the good work Scott.
Scott came yesterday to try and improve our suite as other companies had told told me they did not do faux leather as it was too difficult. He came at the time promised did a small test on the suite and was confident he could do it. What a cheerful man to have in the house and with such a pleasant disposition.That aside he completed the clean, which saved me having to buy a new one, and the result has proven excellent. Both my wife and I are very pleased and will certainly use him again as our first choice for cleaning of any furniture or carpets.Recommended to all without any reservation.

Highly recommend Scott and Shine Bright Carpet cleaning from my first contact and subsequent e-mails as I was trying to arrange long distance for my mum in Morecambe to his first visit to assess and discuss the work required etc and then a complete and thorough job on a very old carpet that had suffered plaster dust and more in recent weeks. My mum is absolutely delighted.
