Brilliant place to stay. great family hosts. very clean and rooms freshened up and modernised. a great balance between traditional and a modern hotel. They serve the best breakfast ever. a wide selection of cereals and fruit and a fried breakfast with limitless toast, tea or coffee. Bar prices are also reasonable. You can't go wrong with the place. Highly recommended and will be going again.
I was only passing through on my own after picking up my wifes new car down south. Very friendly hotel, I'm guessing family owned because they went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Simple room but absolutely immaculate and extremely clean. (Take note chain hotels!) Nice bed, new fresh covers and also had phone chargers, perfectly cooked breakfast with the most friendly staff. And all affordable. Most impressed. Best value for money hotel I've visited.
