Very welcoming as it is the seconed time with have been there to attend a funeral. Breakfast second to none seats you up for the day. Mine host lovely person hope to go back one for a short break rather than a funeral.
Our stay was comfortable.Room was small and compact,view from the small window was fantastic.Bathroom,needed some hooks and maybe a shelf above the toilet for guests to place their toiletries.Breakfast was fantastic and the host Jo is very friendly.
Stayed here on a work trip to Lancaster. Room was good size for one person, breakfast was excellent, really friendly and accommodating host too. Lovely waterfront location. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in room 4. Great room with a fantastic view. If heading to Morecambe I strongly recommend this place. Oh and the breakfast is delicious. :)
