Very nice large kebab
The staff was polite and friendly and the food was great.
Orderd 4 pizzas came burnt Donna meat under cooked and pink. Nan bread burnt found something in the chips and gravy wouldn't recommend to anyone worst take away I have ever had
My husband ordered a chicken kebab at 7:10pm and it got to 8:40ish and still had not arrived. We called to ask where it was and the 'manager' said it was on its way and there was a bulk load coming around our area so should be with us within the next few minutes.Got to 9:10pm and surprise surprise no delivery still. We rang yet again to express our annoyance and now hanger. The person in charge said 'oh is it still not with you?' ermmm yes we called to say thanks?! No its not we want a refund due to it being 2hours since he ordered, 1hour late. She told us that we couldn't have a refund as she didn't have the authority so we asked for the manager which she replied with she was in charge. So we had asked again for the refund to which she replied. 'I can't give a refund along with you having your food' we tried to explain that with it being so late surely we deserve a refund and the food as it will just be thrown anyway. She wasn't having it so we said fine have the food we'll take the money please. Just eat have a fantastic customer service to which in the end we received both refund and food. Terrible service from the takeaway & the manager or 'person in charge' was so rude and abrupt.
Weve been using this takeaway for a while now and the quality has rapidly decreased in the last few weeks despite the prices shooting up.We ordered last night and itll be our last.Kebab smelt like beef, was tasteless and like leather. Naan was chewy. Salad brown. The only good thing was the sauce.Most of our meal went in the bin and weve both woken up feeling ill! Never again and I recommend others stay away.
