Food arrived cold, delivered 1.5hrs later.
Would much rather rate it 0 stars alothough not trting the food but i was going to compare prices to next door a delivery guy was like come inside come I side and I was like no I'm just reading prices after I refused he grabbed hold of my bag and tried to drag me Inside until my boyfriend came over and interrupted he let me go. Completely in the wrong wouldn't go there after this experience.
Food overcooked. Chaotic. Meal stuck on the counter for five minutes going cold because I wasn't told my order was ready. Saw returned food from a delivery being put back into pans on the bains marie .
You make lovely food, don't get me wrong I'm a regular customer and staff are so helpful. But the man that answered the phone tonight doesn't really understand English. I'm sorry but you need someone who can take phone calls and understand the whole order also who can get your address right! I won't be ordering again until either the man can understand full English. Or you get a new person taking calls.
Excellent service!! Ordered and with 40 mins it arrived after waiting nearly two hours for another takeaway to arrive which we had to cancel as it did not arrive and they wanted us to wait a further 30 mins so very happy from the service from Marmaris!
