Food is always pretty good here, shame about the staff. One lady had lesions on her face which was quite off putting when food being served.We felt quite rushed to eat and go, the staff stood behind the bar staring at us after we finished waiting for us to go.

Absolutely dreadful. 38 of us were booked in to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. The Honey Tree claimed it wouldn't be a problem.... Where do I begin. Some starters didn't arrive, when they did, they were cold, people were asked to move whilst eating which resulted in wine and food being spilled over them. Some main courses didn't turn up. When they did they were cold. Food was sent back to be reheated. Waitress in charge was in tears. Some folk refused to pay for food as it was stone cold and left. Wait for it... the Honey Tree still wanted full price after the meal. Eventually a price was negotiated and the remaining party paid and left hungry. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF ITS FOR A LARGE PARTY. Quite simply, they could not cope and greed prevailed.
