Had a lovely dinner at The Waterfront Restaurant at the Clarendon Hotel. Beautiful meal and friendly service. Totally enjoyed our evening on Saturday!Thank you to all the staff for being so accommodating with my friend's special dietary requirement.
Great atmosphere with new lounge furniture and as always , friendly staff who will do anything for their guests. The 1/2 price deal they have on is fabulous!
Nothing like it used to be. Dead as a dodo, food overpriced and not very nice
Sadly, no atmosphere as we were the only ones in. The fish & chips was pleasant enough but very small portion, the Mediterranean starter was just picked onions & cornichons out of a jar with a small selection of breads with some dips, & the fajitas were disappointing - The tortillas were toasted until quite crispy so no chance of rolling them. The chicken was like very small pieces of dark brown chicken crisps, the smallest being so hard and crispy, they actually crumbled? The dips were nice but don't know if they were home made or not. It was such a shame as I used to enjoy eating here. Prices were quite high too. Cannot fault the waitress however. Very friendly and helpful.
